On a pre-settlement, how do you determine how much to loan? And what is the process?

Personally, I can not answer that question adequately. I have spent very little time working with pre settlement product. I do know we need the cooperation of your attorney. I'll have someone else pop on here and answer your question.

Our process is an application which gives us the, info on your case, your attorney info, and how much you’re looking to advance. Once we have that info we submit that info into the underwriter, who then contacts your attorney for your medical documents in order to process your request.
