in august of 2001 i was terminated from my posistion at pella corporation on evidence that i was involved in a bomb threat. i did not leave the threat nor did i know anyone involved in doing it. the police asked me to take a lie detector test and i said i would(before i talked to a lawyer).i then spoke with a lawyer and told him the story and he told me NOT to take it. i did and the day i was supposed to take it is the day i was fired. i appealed pella's decision right away and asked for my personell records and any evidence they used in their decision and all they sent me were my personell records no evidence. everything i've worked hard for is slowly disappearing because i wasnt able to find a job with the same income. my reputation is now ruined and i am finding it difficult to find a good job with this hanging over me. i have never been charged with anything in over a year. i think if i was responsible for this something would surley have happened by now. can someone help me? it would have to be on contingency.
