Default wrongful termination

I had been working from oct of 1999 to 8/18/2000. I Work for American Greeting/Design ware. On my first night at work Jerry Bloom the packaging department supervisor was whom I talk to in the office. He begin by telling me of what all I Would be doing on the job but I knew something was not completely right because he was telling me about another department that did not sound like Printing. But the woman I was working with told him he had me in the wrong place so I started working under the supervision of Bob Bradley but he was on vacation so I work with the other guy name Bob until Bob got back. On the date when I started having my real troubles with Jerry was when I was working on machine #16 and discovered that it was not operating in an orderly manner it was not holding register steady on the boarders of the napkin emboss. Because of this I called my supervisor Bob Bradley over for assistance. I described to him what had occurred. He then made some adjustments and it appeared to be holding register ok off and on for the remainder of my shift Yvonne one of the experienced co workers made some adjustments on the machine the next day and came over to ask me how it was working as I was preparing to give the machine a test run I told her that it seemed to be working ok. For the remainder of my shift I didn't detect any bad napkins and neither had Quality Control. On 8/14/00 I noticed a new worker on press #21 working on the same color napkins (hunter green) as I was working on at press #16. He an unsupervised co-worker had been an employee for a month or less we were both working on the same job. I was working on an unstable machine working next to an inexperienced employee on the same job. How could I win? Even if I wanted to produce quality work it would've been a losing effort because of the machine. Every employee there was well aware of how the napkin converter presses was old and unstable. This same day while my supervisor Bob was on vacation that following day the packaging supervisor Jerry Bloom was our acting supervisor was a walking time firecraker a little man who wanted to feel big. he wrote me up on the basis of me failing to fill out my tally sheet properly after instruction. This was a new timing system just installed a month before to which no one was perfectly familiar with. To my knowledge no one else during my shift had been written up but me. None of my fellow employees could not understand why I was singled out.The sentiment of my peers was that he was trying to get to react in a hostile manner. This same week on 8/18/00 Jerry called me into his office to present me with a conduct violation on the basis of ineffective work in handling the machine. I was then told that the result of this conduct was termination and to clear my locker of my belongings and to leave the premises immediately afterward. I refused to sign the disciplinary action form because of my dispute with it. I believed that it was unfair and inaccurate since the machine was malfunctioning and had been on several other occasions even after I had reported it.The stability of the machine I assigned to was very unreliable And I had been prep by all the mechanics all but the one black worker there. Not to call on them for help not by telling me directly with wards to that affect but with attitudes. But I would call them some of the times any way when they would come. I had proof on my time tally of how many times I had to stop and punch off from operation #829-539 production onto operation #829-009 machine maintenance. But to make a long story short I got fired for producing inexplicable product. what would you call it wrongful termination or what?
