back in 06 I was pulled over for a DUI. I had possession of small amount marijuana and a pipe. I was not charged for it, only for the DUI slightest degree. After finishing up with court, 3 months later a summons letter was sent to me(went to wrong address, I never recieved) charging me for the possession of marijuana and drug paraphanelia. Couple months later I was pulled over and come to find out my license was suspended and I had a warrant. I also had one bowl marijuana and a pipe then too. I also on probation from the DUI. Does the state have right to re-charge me for something out of a previous case thats been finished? I'm concerned this might count for violation of probation, even though technically I didn't, cuz this an old charge. I confused with this. any advice?
