Wrong Judgement entered
My husband and I have tenants that have not paid their rent in almost 5 months. We finally got the case in court only to find that we had a substitute judge that was very elderly and entered a judgement in the amount of $1200.00 when they owe us 750.00 a month for 4+ months. Does anyone know how we get this corrected?
