Default is it wrong?

Is it wrong when one company demands to another the firing of an employee for providing an unfavorable opinion on an opinion sheet of the first company's providing or threaten 2nd company's contract with a 3rd by telling them they will contact 3rd company to give an unfavorable opinion about company 2 to purposely have company 3 drop the contract with company 2 unless certain demands are met?

This is because company one had a note section on a form and I gave a factual opinion about company one’s level of service to company 2 and 3. This is for the automotive industry, company 1 a car dealership, company 2 a start up tow company, company 3 a road side assistance company. I basicly trounced their quality for proper customer service on the note section of their drop box envelope and now their flexing their corporate muscles having my ex boss beg them not to send the letter to a road side assistance company. other than contacting my boss on a complaint which they can do if dissatisfied with my service. can they demand action be done? is that black mail?

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
