My workplace terminated me about 2 months ago and gave another employee, without my authorization, all my belongings, which have still not been returned to me.

I asked verbally about 2 weeks after termination and was told they would get my stuff back to me.
A month later, I sent letter to the administrator, who in turn, told the employee that was given my things to get them to me.

She did call me, but I told her I'm not home a lot, to leave them on the back porch.

Two weeks later, I still don't have my things...I will not grovel for my things.. I want to take action now.

I can't believe they gave another employee my things....invasion of privacy...

Where's the best place to start on this?

Have you been able to resolve this with the employer??
