My step-daughter got an interview at a dental office in Fayetteville, GA last week. She was asked to come in for an interview on a Friday. The interview was from 9am - 2pm. Then they asked her to come back the next week Tuesday through Thursday for an unpaid "working interview". She went in and worked approximately 25 hours. She did not receive a call back and the dentist who is responsible for hiring will not return her calls. If she did in fact not get the job, is it legal that they did not pay her for what I see as essentially "training". What is a "working interview"?? Is this a scam by this dental office to not have to pay for labor?
