my husband works for wright way truck and trailer in wright city, mo and was laid off in Dec of 2007 and they called him back on 15 Feb 2008 and as of this date he has gotten a 1 day paycheck. He is laid off again today and we are worried that he will not get his pay for the 2 weeks 1 1/2 days he has worked. Is there anything that can be done about this? He is supposed to be paid weekly, every friday. There are other employees there that haven't gotten paid in weeks, any advice?
