2 yrs. ago i signed a lease/purchase contract with the west usa agent and the owner.
A sign was in yard advertising. agent did not turn in my contract nor my $6200.00 deposit. I lost my contract. Now owner is not wanting to sell. Agent denys any involment. Owner is now wanting to evict, so that her ex-finace agent can sell the home and collect the $125.000.00 equity. I have plenty of evidance of my contract. but no contract. I have filed a complaint to the Arizona Board of Realtors, and to the Attorney General. This could take months to investigate,and I don't know what happens? If they find these two guilty of this conspiracy. I also sent the evidance along with m complaint. Any advice concerning this nightmare situation would be appreciated. The broker also says nothing he can do without my contract.
