If I make a drawing of mickey mouse, and try to sell it. That is illegal. What if I
have a website, with an area that is members only and requires a payment. And in that members
area I post this mickey mouse picture. My profit has nothing to do with the content inside
the members area. My profit is based on the fact that people want access to see whats in the members
area. But I might happen to put a picture of mickey mouse inside the members area.
It seems like a grey area, but Am I technically ok doing this?

What if All my profits come from donations? or just advertising on my website.
