Default Warranty-how many times do I let them attempt to fix?

Obligated to let shop correct bad paint job for third time?

Warranty is for for chipping and peeling but their care instructions say to have the car waxed after so many weeks. The shop has already repainted the whole car but did a horrible job AGAIN! I was told by the shop recommended car detailer that he can't wax my car because the paint is still wet. After 60 days! The paint drying is implied by the care instructions so I know I won't have a problem with them fixing it under the warranty at no cost again but how many times am I legally obligated to let the paint shop correct the problem?
If, after these attempts, they still cannot manage a decent paint job, would they be liable for the expenses I have incurred renting a car for the 2nd, 3rd attempts if I take them to small claims court?
Would they be obligated to give me a refund and/or pay someone for the extra time needed to sand off all the layers of paint to get to the wet layer?
Would they be obligated to pay for me to receive a paint job from another more capable paint shop?
(I would have never committed to painting the whole car, but this price came cheaper than other shops quoted for just the body repair/paint needed.)
Please help!

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
