I am a mother of a 9 yr old boy. His father is threating that if I file for support which I need to support our son. He will terminate his parenting rights. This is the question can he do this as easily as he makes it sounds. What is Michigans law on this and If he terminates wouldn't he still be obligated financially at least? Anyone with any insight please reply
