Violation of precedureal due process-amended
a family court judge made an order against me for visual supervision when my grandson is in my care. This order was made without my knowledge or chance to defend myself. It was out of retailation that my own son demanded an order. I wasent a party to the case with the FCS.
Now after i called cps ,only reporting what i saw nothing or who , my sns girlfriend has to have visual supervision when she cares for my grandson, CPS told the mother I was not allowed to see my grandson unless i went through the courts, my son again out of retailation for makeing a cps report refuses to let me near my grandson , cps never contacted me concerning this or anything else but because my son now has sole custody i cant see my grandson. isnt this a violation of precedural due process? YES OR NO
