Exclamation Video Game Discrimination Lawsuit?

I play a massive online multiplayer video game where you interact with other players. Like in most other online games, while playing this game you can hit the enter key and type messages to other players excluding words which have been determined to be offensive. This particular game does not let you type the word "jew" to although it lets you type any other forms or religious reference. For example, if you were to type in the word "jewish" the game would show as "***ish". Now I know that in order to play the game you must agree to the terms of use but isn't censoring a specific religious word like "jew" and only "jew" a violation of some sort of discrimination law set by the state of California? As I understand it the terms of use seem to have been put in place to release the game publisher of any liability to discrimination that happens between players while conversing. Not to release them from liability from discrimination that they include in the game. And in case you're wondering I am of Jewish faith.

P.S. I apologize if my wording isnt in coordination with today's legal terminology.

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
