Urgent... Please help! I am desperately needing to locate an attorney, preferably, in the FL Panhandle area. My son has been trying to get his VA Disability for 4 years and they're jerking him around! They say, "that they can't locate his records", for the FOUR DIFFERENT INJURIES, which ARE documented! I know, because I contacted numerous high level superiors, out of my concern, while he was in the military and even before deployment! Also, there were witnesses, to ALL of the events! My son left his records with a friend, when he was deployed overseas and that ex friend, lost them! Where, may we turn? He would have let this go long ago, because he feels that the military, has ALWAYS screwed him and that he will NEVER get their help! I refuse, to let them get away with this! But, I'm concerned that we're running out of time! Lord only knows, how many veterans, have given up! Maybe, I need to go to the media, to pursue this! I live in the Mobile, AL area and he currently resides, in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. He initaited the claim in AL, but now lives in FL. I pray that someone might be able to assist him, in getting his benefits! He should not HAVE to suffer, with out his medical needs and benefits, he so deserves! Any assistance which you might offer, will be so very appreciated! Just sign me, One hurting mother and her Veteran hero son!
