Can anyone tell me if verbal agreements between two attorneys bind the clients if one of them does not agree? Specifically, due to a miscommunication between client and attorney, attorney mistakenly verbally agreed to a verbal offer between myself and ex spouse. nothing has been set to paper and nothing has been signed, but attorney a doesn't want to go back on word to attorney b. can someone help with the law aspect of verbal agreements? thanks
