We are a software development and service business in Phoenix Arizona. We always take our customers to their word but unfortunately we find we cannot1 We implemented a vehicle tracking system for a company and gave them an ip address that was ours from Alltel to use they stated they would transfer the service to their compnay but never did for a year and a half when i billed them they stated they will not pay the bill till we send them our Alltel bills for a year and a half even after Alltel gave me an email that states the ip address and that we have been paying it for years. Are we required by law to send them these bills to get paid?

i need info reguarding a fair hearing and having the oppertunity to discuss and claim responsibilty for what i should be billed for?
