My son has a son with his 15 year old girlfriend. Her father hates my son with a passion. He believes my son is guilty of statutory rape as he was 17 when she became pregnant and she was 14. My son works and buys things for the baby and gives money to the mother. Inspite of her father's objections they are still a couple in a relationship. What rights does my son have as the baby's father? Her father is consulting a lawyer to try and deny my son visitation and possible press charges for statutory rape?
