I recently withdrew from the elevator constructors union. I was injured and the union can not provide me with work. My wife has opened an elevator company LLC under her name and I will be her employee. The union is saying they will take 45% of my pension for working for a non union company. I am vested have been for 20 years. Can they do this? Idaho is a right to work state.
