Default Too many people?

My ex currently has 4 children(3 boys and 1 girl) and her female partner in a 2 bedroom apartment. I have been told this violates some laws. Trying to find out if there is any truth to this. Thank You

Default Don't Know

I don't know. I'm sorry. What you need is an attorney who knows Landlord-Tenant law. I wouldn't want to hazard a guess. Rita M. Boyd

Default Too many people!

Only 4 people (including children over 6 months old) can live in a 2 bedroom apartment/house per state housing laws.
