1) How long does El Paso Texas have to extradite a inmate that is held in another state? (2) The inmate has been incarcerated for the last 30 days and no paper work has been filed or is in motion? (3) What can one do if an attorney has been hired here in the state of New Mexico? (4) This inmate is in limbo right now for the last 30 days and no action has been filed. The ADA in El Paso knows about this case however no calls have been returned to the attorney that has been retaind.
