Ticket Purchase
I recently purchased skiing tickets through a student organization at my school. they have a specific time to pick up tickets from them. I was unable to make it during the pick up time and instead of just leaving them in an envelope for me at a service counter they returned them and pocketed the cash. i feel like i should be entitled to a refund or a credit on my next ticket purchase however they wont give it to me. is there any action i can take?
