I requested a review of my child support and now my ex is threatening to relinquish all rights to my son. Is this possible for him to do this to just get out of paying? I also have not requested a review since I first started getting support 12 years ago. Someone please help me?

You may want to post this under family law to get a better response. In most states, you cannot just give up your rights to get out of paying child support.
