I am here in King County Washington State and want to file for termination of parental rights of both my daughters. Though it appears to be a wrong move morally I know exactly what i am doing. Its to long of a story to explain, but want to know in King County the exact steps to take and forms to download to get this done right away!

I know how difficult it is via the judges ruling and the ex mother agreeing to it. I also am quite aware of the challenges I face in explaining to the judge of the reasons why and how they have to be very on the basis of posing a threat directly to my children, or something physically imparing me from having time with them.

I am not doing this to get out of obligation from child support as I will pay my back child support. I just need assistance in knowing the exact steps so I can complete this.

Typically you will not be able to do this unless there is another parent adopting so that the children still have two parents supporting them. You certainly can choose not to have visitation and still pay your child support. They are separate issues.
