My family and I were supposed to move as of February 29th as verbally stated by the landlord who layed off my father as superintendent. We finally found a place but cannot move in until the 15th of March. We got served with numerous court papers Since Saturday the 6th of March to appear in court MArch 17th. Do they have a case? Or is this an open and shut deal?
