I want to know how I class this when tax time is here and what forms I need to fill out. I am a recently incorporated LLC electing corporation status (form 8832) and live/ operate in Ohio. My main business operations are Internet Web Hosting and Design development. My clientele mostly come from other states and are dealt mainly through the internet.
