I just recently turned myself in due to an outstanding warrant issued for a failure to appear on a driving on a suspended licenses in 2001. I am so scared of what will happen when I go to court. Does anyone know what may happen to me. This is my first offense and I have no record. Do I need a lawyer and will I be jailed because of this?
