suspended but wont tell why after whistle blowers act protected
I had turned in a manager at work for doing something that could have killed a patient. She kept her job. The area supervisor and i had a talk about the problems at work. I told her that there was all most all employees using drugs and the manager were all there friends so she turned a blind eye to it. prior to this conversation myself and another employee stated there should be drug testing immediatly to most of the staff. then i was suspended and wasnt told what for. they outright refused to tell me. They said i would be able to say my side of the story but i have yet to be called to do so. I have been told that i have been taken off of the schedual but have not be informed if i am being fired? I am at a loss what can i do to protect my job? are they infringing on my civil liberties or any rights? thank you
