Can you sue someone who falsely gets an order of protection against you? This order was dismissed upon having a hearing but in Arizona that is now part of public record and has and can effect me with my job or other political aspirations I have.

No, you cannot sue someone who recieved a emergency order of protection against you. The judge found liable grounds to issue it in the first place. I've yet to see an emergency order of protection in Illinois be given based on factual lies without some sort of proof.
