About 2 years ago, I was kidnapped and held hostage for nearly 4 months by Homeland Security during my citizenship process. Homeland Security obviously wanted to have me deported, and again obviously that did not happen, in other words, their attempts failed. In the mean time, due to the traumatic experience endured by my children during that time, my 4 year old son to this date asks me every night if I am going to be home when he wakes up, this shreds my heart to pieces. I want to sue Homeland Security, INS and everyone else responsible for their incompetence on my case. How can I go about it? Are there specific attys that specialize in this field?
