Hello I am writing in regards to an accident that happened at my jobsite. I had just started a new job where there was a 1 step platform that I had to go up & down to get to my work area. Well on the edge of the step there was a very loose hanging piece of trim that I had been told the employees had been tripping on for quite a while. Well I was the unfortunate one to have caught my foot on it which resulted in a broken foot. I am 57 years old & am worried about the chronic pain that I may suffer from from now on. I am just writing to see if you think that I may have a case against this company. I have never sued anyone but this angers me that people had been tripping on it all along & just because I was not used to the loose molding I end up breaking my foot. This is the first time that I have ever broken a bone so don't know what type of pain/arthritis lies
