I am a U.K. citizen lookng to start up my own business and to move to minnesota/ wisconsin areas. Can someone please tell me what forms and proceedures i will need to go about this. Thanks Jacky
Have started several businesses in MN. you go to the Secretary of States Office in St Paul. The folks there are very good and helpful. I do not remember ever remeber seing anything on nationality other than on Full incorporation. Sole Proprietorships and partnerships I believe do not have residency requirments but check out Secretary of states office MN on line.
