Default Staple in my pistachios

I bought a bag of pistachios from the local Duke and Duchess gas station. I like to eat the pistachios and then dump the remainders left in the bag in my mouth. Well when I did this I was being careful because there are usually broken shells. Well thank God I was careful! I noticed something hard. It didn't even come close to feeling like a shell. When I took it out of my mouth it was a staple! These are bagged in plastic. There are no staples used to bag them what so ever. Now I just have a gross feeling and I can't help but wonder where that staple came from! What do I do?

I agree. You can also contact the company and explain what happened. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
