stalking neighbor
I am having issues with my neighbor. I moved in 2 months ago and he is always calling sheriff,EPA,fire dept, and animal control on us. Everytime they come out we are never in violation. The neighbor has resorted to taking pictures of my children and their friends.. of my animals and even me. All the agencies are aware of his false calls and even told me personally that what he is doing is considered stalking. We cant even have a cookout with some friends for he will call the fire dept. and tell them we are burning trash. The neighbor has even gone to the lengths to have dr.s notes sent to the EPA about breathing problem with him and his father. All open fires must be out completely by 6pm. And yesterday.. I recieved a call from Animal Control that for weeks he has been sending pictures of my dogs with no shelter and or food and water. I immediately got upset so I called the sheriff myself to ask about harrassment and or stalking. The officer did some investigating and they advised me to go to the court and file a civil summons for a 50C. I went and did just that. I was not granted an immediate expart' however he was served this afternoon and we go to the hearing on the 10th of Feb. I am wondering how I can prove the stalking OTHER THAN the reports that all the agencies are giving me this week. what are the laws concerning making fake 911 calls and how can I get this enforced? Its just plain depressing to get so worked up about not being able to live a normal life. Go outside without being stalked by neighbor,without pictures being taken for any reason, and just being at home.
