I am on SSI Disability. They are taking out 198.71 for my son's child support arreages that I owe.
They are supposed to be sending support payments to NY for my daughter,they have not done so.
My full amount is 527.00 a month. I only get 237.10 on the 3rd then 37.00 on the first of every month.
Well,there are some moneys being held back,taken out,or whatever for some unknown reason. This should have been added back onto my check or forwarded up to the NY support office in NY. I have called,written
to the local office,not getting anywhere. I feel I am entitled to this money. I can't afford an attorney. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks
