My back pay was denied because of a warrent that was 22 years old and I had no idea that I had this warrent, as it turns out the warrent was deamed illegal and had no merrit and was thrown out, and my question is, should my bennifits and back ss pay still be denied even though the warrent was not a legal warrent? It was issued 3 days before I alegidly did anything to have a warrent issued, but it should have never been issued in the first place......
