Hello, I’ve been at the court for speeding already. Pleaded not guilty. Judge found me guilty. Now I’m appealing for my case. Pre trial hearing set in the Circuit Court, Montgomery County, MD. My question is do I have to have an attorney for my case or it’s optional and not required. And also may be somebody knows where and how I can request documents for when radar was calibrated and also when officer pass a test on using this radar. Thanks for any info.
