08/01/07 my son was driving his grandfathers car and unfortunately wrecked. He suffered MANY injuries, including TBI, broken left leg, left orbital socket,he had a trach, feeding tube,etc. He was in a coma for 23 days and has been in childrens hospital after that, he is now doing out patient rehab, My ? is do we have a claim since he was driving?? I have been told different things and am only trying to gather info. as to what to do next if anything.
