i have purchased a car in georgia and i live in west virginia its been more then a month now and i have not yet recieved my title so i called back the dealership and they dont even have the title to the car I spoke to the dmv in west virginia and georgia and i was told they only have 30 days to send it to them from the purchase date. So then i told the dealership you have taken this long and still dont have the title so i dont want it any more so im going to return the car and i want my downpayment back. That is not an option the dealership said so im wondering if i can any legal action so i can get my down payment back and get rid of this car. Please someone help
