I have been falsely accused of a crime on campus and no evidence was presented because it allegedly was to have happened on campus the judicial office my department and others at the college are involved. I went to a hearing and was found guilty. They have posted the alleged violations to my transcript. If I send it out for a job an internship or scholarship others will see this slanderous information. I am also required to undergo counseling. This is a nighmare. The kicker is the person said they did it on person to harm me and wrote a letter to apologize. They were angry. I was arrested and jailed for 24-hours. I am being railroaded. The second kicker is I'm a counselor education major myself. Do you know what this will do to my career. Anybody can do this and from what's happened to me get away with it. My livelihood is at stake and my integrity. How could they find me guilty? When I'm not.
