Back several years ago when I hired an attorney and then dismissed him after one court appearance, and then hired a different attorney to represent my case. The dismissed attorney or his wife went to county court house and filed a falsified quit claim document against my property, in his wife's name. I never signed any such agreement with him or his wife. His wife's son being the witness signature, and his then real estate partner in his law firm being another signature on this two page document. Until I can scrape up the money to fight and prove this document is false I cannot sell this piece of property. This does not seem proper that someone I had no business with can file "whatever" and it cost me to clear this up
