I need some advice please! I purchased a jeep from a person who I thought was an honest and trustworthy person. 10 min after I bought it, I couldn't get it started and he has not been returning my calls. I left several messages so I could find out what the problem is so I can fix it. Well, no call backs and frustrated. I just noticed last the title is not even under his name. He must have bought it from someone and never registered it under his name. This is illegal right? I contacted him and told him that and then he calls back. I asked for my money back and he is not going to and said we will have to go to court. I think the person on the title might be his friend. Is there anything I can do? I want to punish him for taking advantage of me and for being so dishonest about everything. It's mainly the principle of the matter now.
