Default Should this business be operating

Hi,

I am researching a business and something just does not seem right and wondering if in fact it should be operating. If it is ok, I will provide a link the Secretary of States page that has all the documentation that I have been able to locate. One thing that is incorrect on the document is the operating address.
Thanks for any insight you may be able to provide.

I am not sure what you are really asking. It says that it is inactive.

I am not exactly sure what I am asking either. All I know is, according to the SOS the business is shut down. However, I know for a fact that it is still operating. Is there a way around this? Because it is still operating under the same name. And I cant find anything that leads me to believe that it has different ownership.

Is there a reason why you are concerned with this business? Have you tried contacting the government?

Yes, there is a reason. I dont want my friend hurt.

I am getting to contacting the govt, but I am just trying to find out as much as I can first. Because if I am wrong, my friend will be totally pissed at me. But I am looking out for the best interest. I will be making a phone call in the next day or so to the county clerk and the SOS to see what info they can give. My friend frequents this business and there is getting to be some personal involvment as well. I know how this is sounding but its not the case at all. Her ex is in jail for a mistake he made, and now she is all screwed up after 12 years with him she is left high and dry with two awesome little boys. Now, I see this as suspicious, I just want to help her not get into another situation of someone going to jail she cares for. And no, I have no personal interest in this other than a friend. Her ex was my friend too and knew each other for years.

Really your best bet is to contact the secretary of state if you think this business is operating illegally or the police.
