i was working a job at a ladies house..flirting led to me sending her naked pics of myself via phone...she accepted them and even asked for more..well the job continued for 10 days following the pics..no signs of any problems..even met her husband..but when it came time to get paid the balance owed all i got was a letter from the husband saying he is getting a restraining order and filing a police report for sending the pics to his wife..and that he is keeping the balance owed because of the pics..and any further contact will result in further recession legally...now i am admitting the sending of the pics..this was 4 days ago i got the letter..have not gotten any notice of an order of any kind..i know what i did was wrong and i admit that...just want to know what to do..i feel she was a willing party in the flirting...thanx ...too make it more clear..when i was first going to send the pic i asked.."your husband will not like this pic"..she replied.."he will not see it" and put up a smiley face....and she said nice pic after i sent it..

In most states a sex crime (if convicted) carries a parole sentence of LIFE . . . don't admit anything, and tread carefully.

Sue him for balance in small claims court
