Default What Sentence is Likely for a Fugitive With a Laundry List of Crimes

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Maryland
The person in question is currently 32y/o. He has many open cases against him from 2003 to2006. 7 charges are for working as a contractor without a license, 6 charges are failure to perform contract, one charge of selling home improvements without a license, one charge of theft 500 plus value. He has 2 active civil cases for contract claims each for $2200.00. He has 4 former civil judgments for contracts and fraud conversion leased goods, all totaling $13,000.00. He had an arraignment in 2006 for bad checks, uttering, insufficient funds $500 & up. He was on formal probation for one year from 12/05 to 12/06 for an assault 2nd degree charge. He decided to disappear to the West Coast. He stayed under the radar till last week when he moved to PA with his pregnant girlfriend. Maryland authorities were notified and he was apprehended. He has added charges of VOP and not showing up for a trial.
If God, himself was his attorney, what is the probable time he will get? He is being held on 3 charges without bail. The charges are in 2 counties.

The best person to answer this will be his attorney who can run his sentencing guidelines. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.

I think it is up to the judge on what sentence will be given to him.
