I am trying to find a case in the appeals court where a parent flees out of state with a child no custody order was ever made then other parent files and emergency exparte custody order. All the cases I have found have been when there was some existing order already. I need on where there was no existing custody order only child support arrangments further the non-fleeing parent being on duty in the military. PLEASE HELP!

What do you do when one state assumes jurisdiction and the other state agrees that the other state has jurisdiction but the other party keeps trying to move jurisdiction to get a upper hand in a custody issue.
