Default roommate vs. overnight guest

My divorce decree states that both my ex-husband and I are not to have any non-related male or female overnight guests when the children are in our care. My ex-husband is now telling me that he is moving in with his girlfriend and that once he does she will no longer be considered a guest, but rather a roommate. He's had three girlfriends in the past year and this latest one he's known for 3 months. I don't believe that he can argue he is deserving of a new relationship by moving in with another because of his previous actions with other women. What are my options here, if any?

You might do better if you kept your issue in same thread

When he does move in you can file a petition for contempt. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
