Rogue HOA Board
I have an HOA board whose members are not in compliance with their own covenants. Yet, they want to punish me for not being in compliance even though a legal letter they sent told me what would be acceptable.
Since this is obviously a self-interested board of neighbors, I am looking into different ways to ward off any kind of slander of title by these hypocrites. I have heard of a preemptive action called, "Demand To Cease Slander of Title and Abuse of Process."
I will not allow a rogue board to cloud my title when they are breaking their own rules and have not brought their fellow board members with illegal improvements into compliance.
There is no amendment allowing them to have fences at all, and yet they send me a violation letter when they themselves are STILL in violation!
