Default FROM RITA BOYD

SEASONS GREETINGS FROM YOUR HOSTESS! I wish you all health and wealth in the coming year. Be good to one another to your ex's and to your children. Please remember the Reason for the Season. Pay your child support this month(or double it if you're behind) so the other parent can give your children the holiday they deserve. Custodial parents - don't jerk the noncustodial parents around on their visitation this Christmas. Send nice clothes for them to celebrate in. And noncustodial parents - return the darn things! Thank you for visiting my Discussion Board! I appreciate it. If I do not reach your question it is not because I do not want to - it's because I am swamped. I suggest that you peruse the pages throughout the Discussion Board. Virtually every fact situation has been addressed - many numerous times. Perhaps they can help you. I am always available for a personal consultation by calling (972)380-8000.

Default Visitation

I am the custodial parent of our 3 year old. My ex has not furnished a current address and wants to take our child for two weeks during xmas. I have no idea where he lives. I do know that he does not live in the same city as I. I also have no idea where he works. I want them to have a relationship but my ex is very irresponsible and does not communticate with me. It says in my papers from the Attorney General that he is supposed to provide me with a current address and work. I sent some papers regarding our sons health and medication from his doctors certified mail and it was returned to me. How can I let my ex take him when he won't tell me where they will be? What should I do?

Hi maybe someone can help...... my son was driving in a vehicle (uninsured vhicle) he had insurance but not on that vehicle. there was a passenger. they were racing (dumb) his passenger was aware of what they were doing. when they left the house the passenger was suppose to get out of the vehicle when they reached their destination.he was told to get out several times and refused said it is to damn cold. he was going along for the ride. this happened three years ago. he is now filing a suit against both drivers and his own insurance co. (uninsured motorist claim) (had a broken leg) the medical bills were offered to be paid then (refused). he also recieved money to pay his own insurance from my son so he wouldn't lose his car insurance and 25.00 wk for spending money because he couldn't work.they were best friends at the time. my son has nothing and a low paying job. he still lives at home owns no vehicle etc. what are his ch
